We know that children do not get sick on a schedule or only during the day. That is why at Carolina Pediatrics of the Triad, we strive to provide you with resources to help you 24 hours a day.

During the weekday hours, we have in-house triage nurses who will reach out to you when you have questions or concerns. Diane and Ginger are both experienced nurses who have been with our practice for a long time. They want to help you get through tough times and also help ease your mind when you have concerns regarding your children.

We also have a nurse triage service that we use. This service has been a part of our practice for many years. They provide nurses to help answer questions regarding illness, medication dosages, behavior, and a variety of other issues. They are available 24 hours / 7 days a week.

If you need a nurse during our office hours, simply call our office and our phone tree or schedulers will direct you to a nurse.

If you need a advice outside our office ours, we have created a quick way for you to log your question so that a nurse can return your call.
